Reklamace a vrácení zboží
- Withdrawal from the purchase contract: If the goods are neither damaged nor used, we will gladly exchange them for you within 14 days. It's easy! Fill out the Goods Return form. Then you can send your package back to the e-shop address via Zásilkovna. We will confirm the receipt of your package and send the money back to your account.
- Claims: If you wish to claim defective or damaged goods, fill out the Claims form and send the goods to the e-shop address within 24 months of receipt.
- We recommend sending the package by registered mail so that we can track its delivery.
